You can make Orbit ring by attaching or sticking it to anything and using the app to choose from 3 different ringtones. The app records the last known GPS location and displays it on a map, making it easier to locate your Orbit.
You can mark your Orbit as lost and receive notifications as soon as someone comes within range of it. The Orbit also works as a camera remote for your phone, perfect for group shots and selfies. The trackers are waterproof, and some have a replaceable or rechargeable battery, so you don't need to replace them every year. Additionally, there is a separation alarm that alerts you if you are separated from your Orbit, and it has a built-in loudspeaker.
Please note that the app uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to communicate with your Orbit, with a maximum range of 100ft. The app also uses location services to record the last known location of your Orbit based on your phone's geo-location data. The Orbit works with iPhone 4S and newer, iPad 3rd gen and newer, iPad Mini, and newer, iPod Touch 5th gen and newer.
